Which apps can AMOS connect to?
Built-in connections (QuickBooks, Xero, Stripe, DocuSign, Google (Gmail and Calendar), Microsoft 365, Zoom, Meta Ads, GitHub) plus any app with an API, such as ERPs and expense tools like SAP Concur.
AMOS connects to the apps your business already uses, so it can read from them and do work across them, with your approval on anything consequential.
Apps with built-in connections
These connect with a sign-in link (you approve access on the app's own screen) or an API key, and come ready to use:
- Accounting: QuickBooks, Xero
- Payments: Stripe
- Documents and signatures: DocuSign
- Email and calendar: Google (send Gmail, read and schedule Google Calendar events)
- Email, calendar and files: Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Calendar, OneDrive)
- Meetings: Zoom
- Marketing: Meta Ads
- Development: GitHub
Any other app with an API
Most modern business software has an API: CRMs, ERPs (for example NetSuite), expense tools (for example SAP Concur), help desks, e-commerce and industry-specific apps. AMOS can connect to these with an API connection:
- You or your admin provide access: an API key or token, or a sign-in through your own OAuth app for that service.
- AMOS learns the app's operations (what it can read, and what it can change) from its documentation.
- Reads run normally; anything that changes data in the app, such as posting an entry or updating a record, follows your approval rules.
So an automation like "when an expense report is approved in Concur, create the matching bill in our ERP" is the kind of work AMOS is built for, as long as both apps offer an API.
When a person helps
Setting up an API connection for a large or heavily customized system (a customized ERP, a private on-premise database, or an app without a public API) can need a short conversation about access and which records to sync. Reply to your support email or use Contact us, and the AMOS team will help.
