how it works

One connected business. Any AI. Every system you run.

AMOS is a governed platform for running a company with AI: one connected view of your business, your choice of AI model, connections to the systems you already use, missions that end in independently verified outcomes, and a record of every action. Here is how the pieces fit together.

Desktop + your connected business

Useful on your machine. Powerful when it already knows the company.

AMOS Desktop is a real operator by itself. Connect it to your business and the same AI works across your apps, stays inside your rules, and gets sharper every week.

01 · on your machine

AMOS Desktop

A real operator for files, projects, one-off asks, and scheduled jobs — useful on its own, before anything is connected. Better than another empty chat window.

02 · the missing layer

Your connected business

Your apps, data, rules, approvals, and history in one place — so the AI already knows the business instead of starting cold every session.

03 · the result

Work that actually moves

The same AI, now loaded with how the company works. It acts across systems, pauses on the calls that matter, and remembers what you approved.

Already in Claude or Codex? Same connected business. Not a second product.

Your choice of AI

Use the intelligence that fits the work.

AMOS Hosted Intelligence is ready without configuration: Basic Intelligence on Free and Frontier Intelligence on paid plans. You can also run AMOS Local or bring your own AI account — all against the same connected business.

AMOS Basic IntelligenceAMOS Frontier IntelligenceAMOS Localbring your own AI
01 — free

AMOS Basic Intelligence

Start immediately with automatic hosted intelligence included on the Free plan. No provider account, model choice, or configuration required.

02 — paid

AMOS Frontier Intelligence

Paid plans add more capable hosted intelligence for consequential, complex, and longer-running work. AMOS handles the underlying model choices as they improve.

03 — local

AMOS Local

Run intelligence on your own machine for private, low-cost everyday work that should never leave the building.

04 — BYOK

Bring your own AI

Use an AI account or model endpoint you already control. Your connected business, governance, and proof stay in AMOS either way.

Start with automatic Hosted Intelligence. Use Local when privacy or cost calls for it, or bring your own AI account when you prefer. Your connected business does not move when the intelligence does — so switching never means rebuilding it.

Connections

How AMOS reaches your apps.

AMOS is MCP-native. Your systems become governed, scoped tools the AI can call — driven from AMOS Desktop, Claude, Codex, or any compatible client, all sharing one connected view of your business.

01

Connect your systems

CRM, finance and ERP, documents, databases, marketing tools, internal apps, and APIs. Each becomes a set of governed, scoped tools the AI can call — not a screen it has to scrape. If the business can reach it, AMOS can work with it.

02

MCP-native, client-open

AMOS speaks the Model Context Protocol. Drive it from AMOS Desktop, Claude, Codex, or any compatible MCP client — your connected business is the same underneath, not a separate product per tool.

03

Ask, schedule, or trigger

Handle the one-off (“send that follow-up”), the standing job (“every Monday, chase overdue invoices”), and the event-driven (“when a lead comes in, do this”). One AI, one company memory.

04

Build what’s missing

When a tool doesn’t exist, AMOS can build it — a CRM, a client portal, an internal app — deployed to a live URL and governed like everything else. Replace the spreadsheet one piece at a time.

Missions

Give it an outcome. It comes back verified.

A mission is how AMOS turns a plain-English outcome into bounded autonomous work — with a contract you approve once and a result an independent check has to pass before it counts.

01

You state the outcome

Plain words: the result you want, what it may spend, what it must never do, and what to ask you about first. No operation keys, no configuration.

02

AMOS compiles the contract

The platform turns your ask into an exact Run Contract — budget ceilings, an operation allowlist, hard boundaries, and the checks that must pass — and shows it to you for one approval.

03

It works inside the lines

The mission plans and acts on its own, within the contract. Budgets are reserved before every step; hitting a boundary you set means it stops and asks instead of guessing.

04

Independent verification

A separate checker — not the model that did the work — verifies the outcome before the mission may call itself complete. The worker can never grade its own homework.

This is why AMOS is outcome-focused instead of token-focused: the unit of work is a verified result under a budget you set — not a pile of prompts you have to babysit.

Governance & proof

Why you can let it act.

“You stay in charge” is not a slogan — it is how the platform is built. Scoped access, approval floors, and a proof receipt on every action.

Scoped tools, not blind access

Every connected system is exposed as explicit, scoped operations. The AI can only do what it has been granted — no ambient access to your accounts.

Approval floors

Actions that touch money, customers, production, or policy stop and wait for a human. You set where the line is; routine work flows underneath it.

Proof receipts

Every action leaves a receipt: what was intended, what was checked, the evidence, and the outcome. Nothing AMOS does is a mystery after the fact.

Tenant isolation

Your company’s data, memory, and runtime are isolated per tenant. Higher plans add dedicated data, a dedicated VPC, SSO, and audit export.

Infrastructure

What the plans actually meter.

Every capability is included on every plan. What changes as you scale is capacity and controls — here is what the numbers on the pricing page mean.

Container units

Capacity is measured in container units — the compute AMOS uses to run your work. Plans start at 2 units and scale up as more of the business runs through AMOS.

Data & egress

Each plan includes a data-transfer (egress) allowance — 50 GB on Starter up to 500 GB on Compliance — with dedicated data storage on Pro and above.

Hosted Intelligence

Free includes AMOS Basic Intelligence. Paid plans include AMOS Frontier Intelligence usage. Bring your own AI account instead and there is no AMOS markup on usage.

Isolation & compliance

Compliance-tier deployments add a dedicated VPC, single sign-on, and audit export. Enterprise deployments add dedicated retention and deployment options.
